Burgh girl here! I think she didn't include PA sales tax or the other thing they charge for the Johnstown Flood. Yeah, that one. Once you add the taxes it's pretty even all around the state. So $22.99 doesn't really tell the story.

Here's one I hope you never have to use. If your dog gets sprayed by a skunk there's only one way to get the awful smell off. Bathe your dog in tomato juice, and tomato juice will take out the skunk smell. Hopefully you'll be able to do it outside rather than inside your house.
