Loved this.

With not properly treated fuel vapor, particular maneuvers, as example engine over revving at idle

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t quite a few modern cars cut the throttle when you apply the brake, making left foot braking and heel-and-toe useless?

I’d spec it with a manual which I can do because I can’t afford this thing anyway, so it doesn’t matter if it’s a fantasy.

Other tests by Stapp had him being accelerated to 35g, and even then he occasionally broke ribs, lost dental fillings, and other similar inconveniences that many premium car buyers would find unacceptable.

Hmmmm. Rear looks good. Front looks slightly confused. But I’ll concede it’s marginally more interesting than previous Vauxhall/whatever efforts.

It won’t be pronounced the English way in any case. Probably rahp or rah-puh (with the second syllable unstressed).

Terrible watch, excellent words. Your sorties into the world of luxury bullshit continue to entertain.

For that much money I’d want a house that didn’t look like a pile of abandoned aquariums.

Anyone else getting Bentayga vibes from this?

This is great kinja.

Always tip your pizza pilot!

That was my main reaction too. Nice to see some fundamental decency from a group of random strangers.

Nah, it’s looks rubbish on narrow streets too. Doesn’t seem to have prevented them from selling loads here in the UK though. I’ve had one as a rental and it was fairly hateful, but not significantly more so than any number of other amorphous CUV blobs.

Meh. It’s not a particularly well resolved design, there’s way too much going on around the C-pillar.

Ok, I should have said “some of the cars”. :-)

Hey now, JLR may be Indian-owned but the cars are made right here in the UK.

Not a troll question, but how is this different to the ‘community’ section on CarThrottle? Conceptually it seems very similar...
