You still have to pay extra on top of your $99-a-year Amazon Prime subscription to get CBS All Access. Currently only the $9.99 per month tier—which grants ad-free streaming—is available,

OMG, now my kids and I can finally see the last few episodes from FMA:B!

Man, if I learned nothing else from James and the Giant Peach, it’s don’t fall down and spill your magic doodads on the ground ... but if you do, better fasten your seatbelt.

Best X-Men show on TV in years??

The sheer beauty of Porgs is that you don’t have to like them. Or you can like them, but also/only as food. It’s all up to you (and Chewie). They’re cute AND delicious!

I think she should be upgraded to the nearly 9-lived IronBar from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.

The green milk scene didn’t bother me a bit. It seemed fine for SW.

  • No janky Danger Room this week, but the Strucker kids’ biometric-measuring suits were kinda nifty. It seems rather odd that the Sentinels thought that a couple of adamantium spikes would have been enough to contain a power like theirs, though.

I have changed “Stanley” to “Jacob” three times, but the edit doesn’t stick. Oh well.

At the end right before Newt is releasing the Thunderbird there’s a small wisp floating away that’s indicated to be Credence slinking/floating out, unawares to all but Newt cos he’s definitely intently staring at it and thus so does the audience.

Wait, what? Balut is a fertilized egg, not a fermented egg.

Well, Hela seemed pretty adept at wielding (and crushing) MewMew, and she had an inexhaustible supply of magic flying swords (not to mention birthright), and Loki wasn’t even really family yet it worked for him?

My son was asking me why Hela needed Heimdal’s sword, if Odin’s spear also worked on the Bifrost in the first movie, and it was just sitting next to the throne for half the movie.

Exactly. There’s no “there” there with a Three Musketeers. It’s just air. Not enough chocolate, not enough nougat. I don’t even think that foam is nougat, it’s just the decomposing interior of someone’s abandoned couch or car seats. Give me some real nougat: Big Hunks, BitOHoney, AbbaZabbas. Or solid chocolate, or

Alamaraine!!

Maybe fair_n_hite meant “Final Episode” not “final season” because that would make a lot more sense.

Well, the Legends of the Guard stories would make a good episodic run. The main Mouse Guard arc could work either as movie(s) or TV format.

There are actually a bunch of problems in this fight, none of which I noticed when I was watching it, and none of which I care about now, because the scene was just that entertaining.
