I shouldn't tell people this, but those flowers are actually super easy. Like, ridiculously easy. Roll out some fondant or gum paste and use the right cutter. If you want the shading, just a little food coloring on a paint brush (or, if you do wanna get all fancy, an airbrush cause they're awesome).
