The size varies as search engines get better, but find a reputable source that puts the size bigger than the surface web. I couldn’t find any.

I think you are confused. The deep web is MUCH larger than the surface web and the dark web is accessed through the deep web, not the other way around. I think you are writing about something you don’t really understand. Just look up the wikipedia articles.
