good point! (then again, was that Elliot's guilty conscience imagining a meeting with his former boss? I assume nothing is what it seems on this show!)

I think Elliot is in an insane asylum or prison: regular meals with the same companion, wake up calls, rec time, pet therapy, shared phone. He just thinks he is creating his own routine in the outside world. He is a most unreliable narrator!
