I'm not sure how you "ruin" something by making it infinitely more collectable and valuable.

This sounds like a case of a miserable twat missing the point. A show should be judged on its own merits. Not by comparing it to one of the best shows ever made for television.

It was completely unwatchable when it came out. It must have improved with age.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think a few nipples qualifies as "porn."
