This one was in Wisconsin. We had these little circles that you would put on the grill and crack the eggs into.
They were still using fresh eggs for the rounded ones back when I worked there in 2010. The folded one was frozen and heated up on the grill. The actual scramble was the “liquid egg stuff” from a carton.
