Cheese is normally what excess milk is turned into when schools close for the summer, but that involves increasing staffing and ramping up production. Not something that happens overnight and especially not during a pandemic.

A great “assembled” chicken parm uses frozen chicken tenders and that leftover half a jar of sauce you have leftover.  Throw the tenders in the oven and when they have 5 minutes left, pull them out, top them with mozz or italian blended shredded cheese and sauce then throw them back in.

I’m lucky enough to live two blocks away from one of these magical places. While their nigiri isn’t great, their rolls are very good and they include hibachi and fried rice options for those picky eaters that you drag to new experiences.
