A great “assembled” chicken parm uses frozen chicken tenders and that leftover half a jar of sauce you have leftover.  Throw the tenders in the oven and when they have 5 minutes left, pull them out, top them with mozz or italian blended shredded cheese and sauce then throw them back in.
