Luckily for me, I don’t do a whole lot with 2000 pounds-worth of bed-worthy material all that often.

Admittedly, this would be me. No interest in serious offroading, but do a fair amount of anthill traversing at a family property. I also like the way jeeps look, but hate the lack of a bed. Behold, I am now a man with interest piqued.

Weren’t the planes that were having trouble taking off from PHX the smaller, less powerful jets? From what I remember, the larger airframes were taking off just fine, save for a boost in engine power to compensate for the thinner air.
