When I’m anxious I can’t feel hungry. I guess my stomach would rather just eat itself, because even when i remember to eat it just feels icky. BUT when I’m just sad? Food is super comforting. So post-grad unemployed/depressed = gain 12lbs. Death of family members = lose 15. Isn’t life great? :|
