What a time to be alive. We throw the people fighting communism under the bus both politically and economically. Nazi flags are flown by good people, and the flag of slavery and genocide is supported throughout certain parts of the land.

The thing about a market for a product like basketball is that no matter how mad the Chinese government would get, millions of Chinese people will still play basketball and as a result, enjoy basketball, and seek out the NBA.

Well the President is also just doing whatever Turkey wants now, too. 

It truly is all about the bottom line, and nothing else. Absolutely nothing else. It’s just the cynicism being displayed is so obvious and undressed.  The league is not even trying to be subtle. It’s perhaps shocking because it’s so pure, but it’s not a break from known history.

Don’t forget Turkey is doing it’s best to make whatever team Enes Kanter is on not exist within their borders and the NBA doesn’t seem to mind about that either. And who gives a shit about Turkey! So it’s no surprise that the NBA is kowtowing to China and anyone else.
