I hate to do this, but congrats on NCsoft on being the first company to discover that “all the praise and none of the responsibility” is a viable business strategy.

No doubt, that would have been great... Still had a blast with it though.

PvP and Soulslikes.

Yeh I’m with you. Now I have been *educated* what it is, do I think it should be changed? Absolutely, especially considering the other parts of this game it all adds up to something not great.

Fully agree that the shift from premier JRPG maker to moody boi/girl (Looking at you Tomb Raider) Action RPG maker has seen the company deviate from the formula that made everything they touched a hit.

lol it’s better than some of the alternatives: alcohol, drugs, violence. i know i used videogames to process my shit throughout my adolescence and teen years

Wow, Squenix is just on the wrong side of literally every issue aren’t they

Not really related to the games but, I do wonder one thing, though: why aren’t there ANY Miles Morales in the Spider Society? Movie Miles is the only one currently known to be created through multiverse shenanigans. Comic-1610 and Insomniac definitely weren’t.

Oh, boy, I’ve triggered the Tiki Torch brigade. I’ll reply to him in grey, because I know it burns his arse for validation.

Because the game at one point was very fun.

I think Starfield is Subjective, but too many people claim its Boring, or it Sucks stating their opinion as fact.”

Not a bad choice, and highlights the difficulty of choosing between A) biggest *improvement* or B) best *current sequel* in the franchise... I like Vice City a lot more, for example but it’s just a small evolutionary step from GTA3.

I think it’s got to be GTA3 right?

I’d be okay in Andromeda as long as it’s within a better game.

It really varies based on the character. Not replacing Boseman was the correct play, for a couple of reasons: First, the original Black Panther movie was a pretty big pop culture event for African Americans, and Boseman was the face of that. It’s hard to understate the amount of love and respect the man garnered, and

And Edward Norton was replaced by Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk.

Which is bizarre, because Terrence Howard turned into Don Cheadle and no one cared.

It’s weird that they built an entire show around how Loki variants DON’T ALL LOOK LIKE TOM, but all of the Kang variants need to look like Majors? This is the easiest out ever, they could have just had a couple look like him and introduce replacements during the build up... starting with Loki season 2.

I swear Marvel thinks audiences are too scared to see a different actor play a character. Same with Black Panther. As much as I enjoyed Boseman, the character is bigger than the actor.

Instead of trying to recast the character, why don’t they just, oh, I don’t know… recast the actor???
