And Mei will deliberately icewall her own team
God, I still miss this game! I played that game pretty consistently since it was in early beta (I even had a screenshot from beta end up on the final game box). Being able to write your own origins that other players could see, catchphrases that you could set and use in battle... It was all so brilliantly executed! I…
No reason they couldn’t in the future. It’d be easy for Gottfried to show up and say that this is closer to his original form, and that he just wanted to look like an “attractive, yet non-threatening, racially diverse cast of a CW show” when they first met him ;-)
I loved the DCAU version of Mxy (esp. with Gilbert Gottfried as the voice)! I’ve often wished the comic version would revert to his original Golden Age DCU look like that.
The recent Supergirl episode pronounced it “Mix-ezz-pit-ul-lick”
I think this in-game spray answers that question pretty clearly ;-)
The district nearly flipped for Clinton in the 2016 election, but my understanding is that Price won re-election pretty handily. Based on that, I would suggest that Ossoff not allow himself to get too distracted coming up with a counterpoint to this (yet) and focus more on specific reasons why he’s a better…
So now they think they can come after the geeks? Oh, it is on now!
Thanks for the fantastic review, Kirk! Much appreciated!
I kickstarted this game, and it’s quickly become a favorite whenever we bring it out. It’s not too difficult to explain the rules for beginners and once you get going, people get the hang of it pretty quickly.
I’d rather we sort it out in the beginning than let “unknowns” into the country then have to chase them down. Like Trump or not he’s got balls. Something the Obama administration never had. They were more concerned with befriending the media and being cool than taking care of our country.
o_0 That’s an option?!? Well, you’ve got at least one more person who took even longer than you to learn that (assuming it works that way on console as well). I can’t wait to try that out! *cackles maniacally*
That’s what I’ve been doing. Even though the maps are small, I’ve already found real benefit to being able to have respawned players pop right out near the flag area, especially since their deaths usually mean the enemy team is trying to make a push.
Smart move! I’ll have to watch out for players like you and adjust my tactics accordingly ;-)
At most, I used it to live-track my achievements progress, so it was handy for that. Outside of that, I didn’t really have a need for it.
Nope, you’re not the only one. I like it, but it’s flawed and could use a little more massaging before it could be viable as a permanent game mode. Hopefully, Blizzard gets lot of good data that they can use from this event.
And, as Symmetra, outside of the rare D.Va bomb that I couldn’t escape, I took down every D.Va who tried to take my flag with well placed Symmetra turrets and my charge beam.
I played about 7-8 rounds last night, 4 of which ended in a draw, plus 1 loss (our first game) & 3 wins,. Usually, I found the most effective defense was a Torb turret, plus Symmetra and her turrets placed around exposed entry points, with the other five players (including Torbjorn) working together on offense to…
I thought it was a brilliant twist, and one I didn’t see coming! I kind of want to go back and rewatch it from the beginning to see if I can pick up some of the hints that led to the big Bad Place reveal.
