As noted, the synonyms of “moor” include quite a range descriptors that include everyone from olive-skinned to black.

There was almost certainly a few black people in Bohemia during the middle ages. This period lasted for hundreds of years, after all. That said, this was a landlocked region that was much further north than France, Italy, or Greece. It wouldn’t have had ports, so people seeing darker skinned individuals there is out.…
The creators said no black people were in Bohemia, black =/= PoC, I have never seen anyone actually provide any evidence of black people in Bohemia at the time. Remember you have to prove something was there.
It’s set in a small 16km section of the Czech country side in 1403. I’m frankly more inclined to side with their dive into the population and census of the time and their highly qualified female historian than your assessment.
