And blame their bad decisions on Joe Biden.

Green H is coming right after clean coal.

“This image is about the only thing you can find on the marketplace’s website, other than a button to connect your crypto wallet”

What better time to roll it out than at bottom?

Kinda reminds me of Sona’s music waves from League of Legends. Or the bard skills from Lost Ark

Not even remotely similar to the game video, it’s pretty obvious the game developer just wanted attention and it worked.

even if there was, its fighting with musical notes. someones going to have that idea amongst all games, books, movies etc. people just get bitter when the big boys use their idea because they get the limelight for it. understandable

This is a G/O Media article, you expect them to relay facts or actually review their articles before publishing????

Thanks.

Now playing

I sincerely hope this is a case of a savvy businessman using a huckster media trick to drum up coverage for his independent project. Because, anyone who actually thinks there’s a legitimate case here has a lot to learn about parallel thinking.

Are you new here? Kotaku and all their sister sites are race baiters. To them, everything is about race and skin color or what genitals they have and what they like to stick them in, that’s all that matters, everything else is tertiary.

Jeremy Winslow...ok, well that’s a name I’ll now endeavor not to click on articles written by because this is some sensationalist nonsense where the creator’s race isn’t even a factor in this nonstory.

In fairness to the developer himself, he specifically stated he didn’t think it had anything to do with his being black. It is a bit disingenuous the way Kotaku makes a big point of his race.

I know there’s a GIANT history of rich/big-name white creators stealing from smaller black creators, but this doesn’t seem like a case where that has to be in the goddamn title. It feels like rage bait.

The world of social media is so insulated that creative people think that these big studios are just constantly trolling through random Twitters and TikToks to try and find stuff to rip off. Maybe — hear me out on this one — not everyone’s as obsessed with Twitter as people on Twitter seem to think?

Doesn’t look similar at all to what’s in the trailer.

*sigh* It’s claims like this that undermine legitimate complaints of artistic theft.

I’d say it’s “highly probable” that the developer saw a chance to get some articles written to promote his game,

I bought my car from Carvana last September (in Indiana) and it was completely seamless and a far better experience than going to a dealer (“BUT IF YOU DON’T BUY GAP INSURANCE AND AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, DOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!”). I’m genuinely disappointed to see that they’re dropping the ball.
