Your graph shows every 2020 quarter beating it’s respective 2019 quarter. Years broken down into quarterly reports are generally saw-toothed when it comes to sales. Your chart proves bupkis.

You seem to think covid is permanent which is funny. Q3 will be a record quarter in terms of sales and Q4 will be even larger. As Tesla grows, of course they will need more factories.
