Girl becomes a production designer and producer, helps make some of the best movies of the 70's, 80's and 90's, discovers Wes Anderson and helps make sure Bottle Rocket gets made. Dies at 72 in 2011.

This site can only cover so many subjects. If they took the time to write Cobra Kai recaps, we might miss out on articles about Al from Home Improvement not selling NFTs.

The Night in the Woods developers ran a Twitter harassment campaign against a trans woman that dared to post a thematic critique of the game on her personal, low traffic blog. Fuck those guys and fuck that game. Don’t give them your money.

Free market, bud. Guilty or not, he’s bad press for them and thus affects their bottom line. At the end of the day it’s about money.

Plus she was awesome in Melrose. That whole show in its later season was so bat-shit cray and I loved it! Kimberly taking off her wig ... just awesome!

Yeah, it was a little strange to imply her big break came with SATC in 1998, when it really happened in 1995 with Melrose.

The best surprise is that this post wasn’t a slideshow.

Have Pink and all those other popstars who used her as cheap, pseudo-feminist “I’m not like most girls and especially not like Britney” punchline ever commented on their lyrics during the whole shitshow, by the way?

Nobody is going to want to hear this, and I was fully Free Britney, but when you are 22 you are not a baby.

This article about a Slayer playlist has a disappointing lack of thrash metal music.

Yeah, and it’s not like you have to do it weeks or months in advance. You can literally just preorder the day before release or whenever they allow you to preload.  Like ordering something online and waiting a day for it to arrive.

Honesty? Often so I don’t gave to wait for it to download day one, assume a preload is available. That said, I really only preorder stuff I’m sure I was going to buy anyway.

I was already an adult in 2001, so all the pop culture and fashion from then until now seems to blend together.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of go?

Gamestop isn’t Walmart or some other herculean titan that can dominate a market and force you to be a part of their overworked and underpaid workforce.

It is completely baffling to me how this site chose to transition to generic clickbait content a full decade behind the curve.

Now playing

I love that game! As a kid I got the Genesis game as a bday present. I’m nostalgic for it.

If I maybe be super nerdy... that’s the essence of “The tragedy of the commons” IMHO the most important economic problem any prospective system:

I remember being very angry at this game.  I paid $50 of my own money (not my parents) for the genesis version.  I beat it the first day that I brought it home.  It was not $50 worth of entertainment.

It's Reign in Blood.
