The last part of this review is straight up poetic.

Daniel Johnston was a halfway decent musician but an absolutely amazing writer of lyrics. I think this is where people are split on their opinion of him. If you're into music for the sake of music you'll probably not be a fan.

Deafheaven should be number 1 both from a musical standpoint and a sound engineering standpoint. Amazing album.
