I agree, it definitely helped ease me into the game. However, I do believe that they should lower their “access to all talents and heroics” bonus gained at account level 25 down to say, 15.
It takes way too long to get there and by then you have probably mastered how the system works ages ago.

HotS also wasn’t developed with the idea that people would make alternate accounts. I think it’s perfectly fine since MOBAs are usually overwhelming for most new players.
