Yeah, trust me, I am NOT an LVP fan. A few episodes ago it showed her actually telling the chef how to cook bolognese. I laughed out loud. Anyone who knows anything about restaurants and the food industry knows that the owner does NOT tell the chef what or how to cook. That’s part of the agreement. If an owner tries

Yeah, its super weird that she is on the show! She’s a normal person with emotional maturity.

Read this, its a great skewer of the “I’LL KILL YOU IF YOU HURT MY DAUGHTER” trope :-)

“I have a daughter who is almost two, and literally since before she was born people have been telling me how she’ll be so cute in the beginning and then she’ll be a HORRIBLE MONSTER when she’s a teenager.”

Ariana is my queen and no one else will ever come near her, thank you for listening.

Totally agree. They just need to find a new cast of friends who are 10 years younger and thus 10 times thirstier.

Interesting. I work out after the work day is over, so I suppose I am working out in makeup. I didn’t realize people noticed.

I mean, yes, I get what you are saying. And I am in the same boat - realizing that I have the time and resources to make real food. But you have to understand that not everyone has that luxury. You mention sitting and watching Netflix - so many Americans don’t have the time to do that.

I’m really sorry you have to deal with that. At my last place of work, whenever someone sat down with their lunch, every single woman at the table would look and make a comment at whatever you were eating. It was the first time I had ever really experienced that, and it was so obnoxious.

This is a good analogy.

Even though he says crazy stuff all the time, this one is really freaking me out. Its just so blatantly incorrect and false, I mean this just DOES NOT happen, and he says it and people believe him! And the problem is that since he says wild stuff all of the time, scenarios like this get ignored and lost in the

I get all that. I think what rubbed me the wrong way is that the review that Lizzo is responding to wasn’t even that bad. It was a lukewarm review, rating her album a 6/10, and it was by no means scathing. It just wasn’t completely glowing and heaping praise on her.

This is sooooooo ridiculous. Seriously makes me think less of Olivia Munn.

I’m so fascinated with this whole situation ever since I saw Lizzo’s tweet. It is an absurd take to think that only musicians can critique music. That flies in the face of criticism.

True. Someone on this comment section said that we’re starting to go back to how pricey cable was, with all these streaming services, and its kinda true. For the last few years I’ve had a sweet spot of a few streaming platforms and Sling TV, and its cheaper than cable. But if I have to subscribe to 5+ platforms,

Exactly. I watched all of Gilmore Girls for the first time on Netflix a few years back, and now its my “comfort” show that I put on when I’m cooking, cleaning, putting together furniture, etc. Perfect show to have on when I’m doing something else, since I’ve already seen it.

This is why everyone hates white women millennials.

I don’t understand this panic over a student not going to college right away. I am a high school teacher and I also share the following story about a good friend of mine from my early 20s -

I’m tired of this ideology as well. I majored in History, loved it, became a high school teacher at a small school, eventually got a job at a bigger more established school, and I’m doing just fine. Pay all my bills and save a little each month. My liberal arts degree genuinely made me a better person.

TOTALLY agree. Look, of course consent is important and we all want open communication and respect. But the way he delivered that line, with the camera pausing to focus on him and him clearly enunciating “If you really want me to stop, I’ll stop,” was just very, very, very blatantly me too movement.
