This isn’t usually my style, but I would honestly consider taking this to the press.

I think this is a good example of how truly niche this show is, though. As someone who saw and loves Grey Gardens, Sandy Passage had me in stitches. I was hooked from that point forward. And sure, this makes me sound like an elitist, but I like that its so niche and specific.
Kunuk Uncovered was side-splittingly hilarious...I think its time for a rewatch!
This is how I feel when people say “ummm...you know its all fake, right?” about Bravo reality shows. Is it really so hard to believe that wealthy people who have no job, put all their validation into their physical appearance and/or fame, drink alcohol all the time, and voluntarily signed up to broadcast their life on…
I’ve been on the Pump Rules train for about two years now. I started watching when I was in the midst of graduate school, full time work, major questions about my life and where I wanted to take it, and intense social isolation and loneliness. No joke, binging Pump Rules by myself literally made me feel better and…
Yes, exactly! I internally eyeroll whenever someone starts off a story with “my boyfriend...” I guess it’s my single days kicking in, haha.
I thought Mercury was bisexual, but it was Mary that couldn’t really ever fully accept it.
I feel like a basic bitch when I say “my boyfriend” so I kind of just avoid talking about him overall.
When I first started teaching, I had to tutor on the side to make enough money to support myself. It was a lot of work and a huge time commitment. I was always tired and stressed. Now, five years into my career, still teaching but at a better school with better pay, I don’t have to tutor in order to afford my…
I really dislike LVP. I think she has an outsized and undeserved ego. She is manipulative and pulling the puppet strings, and as far as I’m concerned all she did was marry a rich man and inherit a bunch of businesses via him. I HATE when she acts like she’s this hard-working run down business woman.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend remains the definitive anti-romcom romcom and always will be.
I hope I never become a Boy Mom.
I think Valentine’s Day is kind of embarrassing, and I say this as one half of a couple. Back in college, my friend and I agreed that the best course of action is to just pretend like its any other day. Its cliche and cringey to cry about it, and it’s shallow and pompous to celebrate it. I just ignore it.
I’m a teacher, and I can’t tell you how important point #2 - Start at the Bottom - is for everyone involved: student, parent, and teacher. I want your child to reach their absolute highest potential. I want them to be happy and comfortable in my class, I want them to enjoy our lessons, I want them to succeed. If there…
I’ve never ventured in these posts/comments section because I’ve had no interest (not insulting those who do! I get it, but not for me). This one intrigued me.
Yeah. I teach high school and my students were laughing at this all day.
In my senior year I asked my principal if I could take an extra history class instead of the school’s required year of P.E. and he said yes. Always hated P.E. and always will.
I think the incessant commenting on women’s size during pregnancy is god damn horrible. It feels like its still somewhat socially acceptable to talk about how “huge” a woman is when she is pregnant but I feel like it would really piss me off if people said that to me were I pregnant. Not to mention the women who have…
I’m a teacher as well, and I’ve known a lot of admins who really get involved in the community and develop close relationships with students. Its a part of education. The superintendent in my hometown has come to students’ houses when they’re sick or missing. This isn’t “fishy” to me at all.
Yeah, I really don’t like how people act like this is how ALL millennials behave. I’m a millennial and neither me nor any of my friends even knew about Fyre Festival until it showed up on the news. We don’t all sign up for weird elite credit cards nor do we aspire to be influencers. I’m a freaking high school teacher,…
