There is an anti-choice club at my University and a lot of the girls in the club use the rhetoric of "we're trying to help women by showing them they don't NEED abortion." But it bothers me so much because there are so many women who have abortions that they don't regret whatsoever. I have many friends who got

Oh my god, what the hell? I'm gonna look that up right now.

HA. Really?! The generation with a 50% divorce rate tells us that WE don't know how to love?

Yep exactly. I remember my mom was like "if she had Alzheimer's that bad she would not be looking so nice and put together."

Oddly enough the part in the Notebook that made me cry was watching the lady with Alzheimers. Didn't feel anything for the emotional love parts but seeing the old lady confused and forgetful made me so bummed out.

No one is forcing her to go to Duke. She could easily have gone to a state school and gotten a great education. Acting like going to Duke is a necessity and she's just doing everything she can to make it work is pretty dramatic. This girl was also offered full tuition at Vanderbilt University...one of the best

Your comment kind of sheds light on it, but I'll expand with my own viewpoint.

Very well said - even this piece still displays her unrelenting ignorance. Belle Knox can leave whenever she wants, back to her classes at a top tier university. The rest aren't so lucky.

What she did was hardly offensive. How absurd.

It says in the article that the car was locked. I guess when the police officer says he opened the door, he means he broke in. I guess, not sure.

Unrelated but I really hate when people start off a comment with "Huh?" -_- (referring to HumboldtBlue)

For real, background checks are neither complicated nor expensive...I would most likely run a background check on the caretaker of my kids, and I would DEFINITELY run a background check on a person coming to live in my house with my family.

This is...confusing.

Oh of course! I am not one of the people who are all "how could you EVER forget your child I would NEVER do this!" In this case, however, it looks intentional.

No, I'm not. I didn't say that the dad situation was a hoax, I followed up with a comment saying that the "accident" appears to have been premeditated. Just trying to explain why I wait a few days now until reacting to stories on the internet.

I have a friend who calls it a "groupie."

I don't know, in my experience, all the couples I know who post about their relationship on social media are usually not fully satisfied, so they're doing it for outside validation. The most stable couples I know are the quietest ones on facebook. Just anecdotal evidence and I'm sure other people have noticed the

That's not what this kid in question was saying.

This is so blatantly biased. It's not fair.
