She’s Aunt Flo. And this month she came a week early——which means that she won’t be coming on a trip and far away job interview with me this week when she was completely supposed to (I’m like a clock every month, so early or late is unusual!)—-so most months, I can’t stand her, but Flo’s my bestie this month.

The way the cnn anchor just kind of gave up and said “The Ku Klux Klan!?” was just so funny/awful. George Stephanopolous was the same way with Ted Cruz today, when he accused Trump of having business with the Mafia. The media is just exasperated at this point—-and we have SO much longer to go.

TV One actually is a good place for african american news programming—-BET sort of abandoned that purpose more than 10 years ago in favor of an entertainment only slate of programming—- unless you are just being snarky and racist.

This same county DA’s office botched my own rape case—they are actually pretty terrible with sexual assault cases, so there’s no love lost between me and their office—but Cosby is just so ridiculous at this point. Can’t he just crawl away, plead guilty…

The media’s gotten to a point with this election where outrage has to be found in anything and everything—the 24 hour news cycle needs stories to talk about, so they get noisy about everything and see what sticks. A rapper quoted a feminist scholar and said something that is not wrong. Just being a woman isn’t enough…

Sure, a president would have absolutely no problem pushing through 2 billion dollars for an educational program for at risk students nationwide.
