I agree, but Chuck's not really "all there" and I'm just speculating but it would be great if his own belief that he is judge and jury did himself in just because his own firm still relied on rationality while he got overtaken by jealousy/resentment of his own brother. Just a guess/wishful thinking.

This could be true in some cases, bur especially in domestic ones they want to know background info just like the DA was asking. I worked in legal, they need to recreate exactly what happened as best they can to get at the "truth." IF it goes to trial.

I'm wondering why nobody (the DA especially) is asking what was on the tape or what made Jimmy so mad. What he did with the documents is probably a bigger grounds for disbarment than a domestic crime. Wonder if Chuck will try to use that later with witnesses like Howard, Ernie, etc.
