Wow. We dudes are nothing if not persistent. Andy’s been dead thirty years and still managed to send a woman a dick pic.

Isn’t it always the way? You’re just out there trying to buy a couch and the guy tries to give you some strange dick along with what you came for.
I haven’t watched the show, but the clip above was brilliant. “We know who Mel is blaming” was just one of the knives he put into MB’s side. Truly truly not getting the bile in this article, unless the rest of the show was 100% different from this clip.
Wasn’t it obvious that Ricky thinks Mel is a complete ass and he delighted in being able to express that to his face. Especially with the Shalom tag at the end of the show.
It’s so far off the mark that I’m wondering if she’s joking
Yes. He was great.
Fuck you. Ricky Gervais is a god send compared to all of these stale cock strokers. Maybe Anne Hathaway and Franco are more up your alley.
Mel Gibson told his wife/girlfriend to get raped by a “PACK of n*ggers.” That is NEXT LEVEL racism and yet here he is, acting like nothing happened while some people in the audience clap for him. Hollywood is a mess.
Yeah, I think this is the biggest thing contributing to the hatred of Ricky. His humour is just not familiar to the Golden Globes crowd. Some can step up and catch it but...
Gervais just ended the show by saying ’From me and Mel Gibson ‘Shalom!’
Wait...what? Gervais a) isn’t racist b) has a VERY dry sense of humour c) almost certainly thinks Mel’s a racist arsehole.
Yeah, they didn’t “yuck it up like a couple of old racists”, he pretended to do that so that he could deliver the line. The entire point of that bit was that he wasn’t sorry at all and he actually doubled down on the idea that Gibson is a piece of shit. There’s a lot to hate Gervais for, but this is isn’t it. As you…
I find your assessment of Ricky Gervais to be offensively bad.
Not really getting where the hate for Gervais is coming from. To me he remains a great example of the comedian who always punches up and never punches down.
Did Gervais go on a racist tirade I’m not aware of? That’s a lot of venom towards him to just not find him funny.
What are you talking about? His comment about Affleck when introducing Matt Damon was hilarious.
Also Jamie Foxx’s reaction to Quentin Tarantino’s offensive use of the word “ghetto” was pretty priceless.
Well the first step is to support more diversity for writers who aren’t white to right about characters who aren’t white.
Not for nothing, but Chris can veer heavily into misogynistic themes and he probably doesn’t want to be called out for that either. There are plenty of comedians who have that same problem.
No, she means the general population being unable to differentiate between a joke that pokes fun at the asshole vs. a joke made at the expense of an entire group of people because the joke deals with race in some manner.
