No one ever thinks about poor Yao Ming.
No one ever thinks about poor Yao Ming.
Listen, all I am going to say is this...
“If you don’t know what you’re talking about, shut the fuck up!” said Stephen A Smith, shortly before the universe collapsed into an irony-singularity
I watched the game last week and can tell you why.
5am? My Lord that’s early. I can just picture Snyder there in his office, across from a barely awake Gruden, stirring his coffee with a sleeve of gatorade cups.
This is also what the Raiders did last year - and they got their ass beat to a pulp by the Seahawks. Gruden flew earlier this year specifically to avoid the same thing happening
The Raiders went to London right after their game on Sunday, and had all week to acclimate to the time zone change. The Bears didn’t arrive until Friday night. The Bears looked exhausted during that game, and I have to think that jet lag had a lot to do with it. It’s like none of the Bears coaching staff has ever…
I think the issue is that we (fairly or unfairly, I don’t know) compare him to his dominant regular season numbers. He’s still an effective pitcher, and going 6 innings of 3 run ball isn’t horrible for the playoffs. The bats just didn’t come alive, and it highlights how damn good Straburg really is.
But that’s every stat. “This guy hit .323 in 600 at-bats, while that guy hit .324 in 500 at-bats”... the .324 guy still wins the batting title.
Yeah, the contextless “lowest playoff ERA in history” is a record shared by a bunch of dudes with one appearance and no runs allowed.
I dont see what the issue is. Republicans love freedom, especially the freedom to bootlick the Russians, Chinese, and Saudis. We’re #1!
We’re not political, so please stop with your annoying free speech!
Fertitta did not say whether he speaks for the Houston Rockets when he calls the Bushes the most “extraordinary political family” in American history, says Donald Trump is doing “a great job,” harps about having to give his employees healthcare, harps again about the minimum wage, says socialism “scares the hell” out…
It says a lot about a man who in one breath will decry the evils of socialism while doing his best to appease the worlds most populous “socialist republic” in the next.
Jesus, that was an incredible play and Joe Buck made it sound as exciting as eating corn flakes in a bowl of lukewarm milk.
Don’t forget the Albies out call at first that should have been safe but was too close to overturn and came right before Freddie Freeman hit what should have been a tying home run but only ended up making the final margin 1 run because the sports gods hate Atlanta teams.
HR staff, fire thyself!
I worked at a company that laid off over half of the staff. After HR finished up with the layoffs, they had to then lay off themselves.
Ironically I found the most beautiful people work in HR, that's why I keep getting sent there. And then once I'm there I end up needing to see HR again, it's an infinite loop.
they should probably start the layoffs with their fucking HR department, because they sound hideous.
