Heh. Heh heh. Heh heh heh heh heh...

Well yeah, but until then, it’s basically a buddy comedy.

Javert. His intentions were never anything but pure. He was blinded by his belief, and made some fucked up choices because of that, but when it came down to it, the only thing that mattered to him was to do the right thing.

I just lent that one to my stepdad. It’s good to have her here.

The whole Bill Hodges trilogy is great. I haven’t fell in love with characters of his like that in a long time.

I’d say his work has gotten less scary over the years. His recent stuff has been good, though, just not horror. I just recently got a library card(finally) and I’ve been catching up with him. For a while I thought he had lost his touch, but he’s found it again.

I’m under 40 and still read Stephen King books. I did start when I was pretty young, though. This was one of my first and I barely remember it except for a few parts, and for having the only realistic grave-digging scene I’ve ever found in a work of fiction. I haven’t seen the whole movie, but knew enough about it to love that joke.

I’m definitely on this side of the fence as well. All I expect from this show is campy fun, and it almost always delivers.

They aren’t seen as an ethnic thing so much as they’re only considered suspicious on non-white people.

I will have to withhold judgement on how devestating of a month it was until I learn the type of cheese lost.

I’m probably too old to start shoving kids into lockers, but...

It doesn’t have to be, but it is. Quoth the Archer, “phrasing!”

I mean, if your idea of “positive” is fetishizing someone for their race, then yeah.

You’re absolutely right, looking back at what I wrote, it’s super judgemental and comes off as anti-monogamy/Dan Savage’s alt account, which was not my intention. I know it’s not for everyone, and that’s fine. What I meant to say was, it’s a valid option, and the fact that it wasn’t considered is frustrating. I’m hopin
