I have only listened to season one of the Pilot Podcast Project, as I apparently need ten hours a day of content before I commit to stitcher, but it is amazing. And I have it to thank for introducing me to Matt Gourley. One day soon I will use my free trial to binge that and Threedom.

I’m a few years too late for Trainspotting, right? Because there is no way that film and its soundtrack would go unmentioned.

I still love CBB, but it is no longer appointment listening for me. There are guests that I will listen to every appearance by(the day I am not excited about an Andy Daley character is the day I kill myself), but I skip more than I listen to these days. The best guests all have their own podcasts, although I will

I though King killed Kennedy? Or saved him...I don’t know, the timeline is all screwed up.

I think you mean Elijah Wood.

It’s Dylan McDermot Mulroney.

(And a smaller one for KG.)

I think this is a large part of why I enjoy hotels so much. It’s the only time I just watch whatever is on the tv. Well, that and hospitals, but those are less enjoyable.

Wut

I’m trying to imagine what that chicken would taste like and coming up blank. I’m assuming what I think of as Russian dressing is the wrong thing.

Your dad is is invited to my cookout.

I thought that the one year anniversary might be when Off Book finally got some recognition here, but I guess was wrong.

Is that the one where Data gets emotions? I like that one. Almost the only things I remember from it are Shatner dying and Data singing about tiny little life forms, which is enough to make it a solid A in my book.

RIP.

There is an Edible Arrangements in my town. The donuts are apple rings covered in chocolate. The name they chose? Edible donuts.

I’ve seen that in a few places, but as far as I know there’s nothing official. Fingers crossed, though. That show is the reason I love to cook, and the reason I’m fairly good at it.

And there was a time when dead baby jokes were popular. Is there anyone on the planet who hasn’t made a joke they regret?

That “Dianne Wiest infection” joke is my favorite cold open of the series, and probably the hardest I’ve laughed at anything all year(I was a bit late to the party). I rarely do more than chuckle when I’m watching something alone, even things I find tbs very funny. I actually guffawed. The dramatic pause, the cuts back

I heard about Ottoman years ago on an episode of this American Life. They left out that fun detail about the eyes, though. Didn’t think that dish could get more horrific, and yet here we are.

With cameos from folks like Dennis Hopper and Bob Seger and Sonny and Cher?
