How about I just don’t want all of my apps open? There should be an option to swipe left and close all apps or have apps close after a certain period of non-use. I use search to open an app more often than swiping up and scrolling through the dozens of open apps.

I’ve seen this woodworker hack and don’t know how they get it in place before the glue begins to cool. Some have gone to using CA glue alongside wood glue. I prefer just using an even coat of wood glue and clamping properly. If I need something not to move I’ll shoot a couple of pin nails in it.
