I disagree. For general anxiety disorder/depression meds work very well. Those illnesses are caused by an imbalance of chemicals in your brain.

After trying different treatments and meds my doctor settled on Lexapro/Xanax and Ambien for sleep. I actually cried because I was so happy. I had never felt ‘normal’. It changed my life.
