Well, it's nice to see that he's admitting it. I believe he was already in th-

I look at this graphic all I see is Sasha Grey.

If we are going for "not in car" then Napier Deltic wins this one. Hands down.

I wish I could find one of these little two door cars. Surprisingly easy to get into with my 6'4" frame, and decent enough acceleration. These were really popular in Puerto Rico... everybody had one. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to "weather the storm" very well. This one is a beautiful example.

Congratulations, Mr. cluelessk, Mr. bionicphil, and Mr. MaWeiTao, on shared COTD today! I have for each of you a IDK (I Don't Know) car. This lovely lady is in training to be on a pit crew and will deliver car to you soon.

Thankfully you won't have too. NO ONE loves an insight owner. From the sidelines his mother was quoted saying "you cant out run smug"....

Brian is old school. Owner and creator of HASport (any Honda nerd will know these people) and has been a staple in the Arizona racing communities for years. He is a great guy and a true gearhead.

When they got him out of the car, he was Dizzy Gillespie.

Good luck finding a first-gen Diamond Star coupe that hasn't been irreversibly "personalized" by someone like these guys:

The first car I ever bought was a 1990 Civic DX hatch. Fortunately, the original owner had ponied up for the optional passenger-side mirror. That car was a hoot to drive, except when the a/c was running.

This. I had a '95 (gen immediately after) CX hatch. It made it to just under 200,000 miles on the clock for me. It was stolen once. It was recovered and I continued driving it. I sold it with the midpipe of the exhaust bouncing off of the road to the guy that I had originally bought it from because he wanted it back.

The best budget car for the time is the Datsun 240z. Many smiles to be had for a low cost and reliability.

this is mine. 275k miles and still going strong. avg 35pmg. :D

We had one just like it (sans ugly black wheels), but with the 4-speed automatic. Because non-stick-driving wife. It was still peppy, nimble, and could be made big enough in back to hold whatever we needed to carry from Home Depot. 37 overall MPG. Not to mention it was a sharp-looking car.

This is a 1991 Honda Civic DX. I purchased one exactly like it (minus the ugly black wheels) brand new. It remains the single best vehicle I've ever owned - bar none. It was a 5speed stick, with quick responsive steering, and a good light clutch. It was low to the ground so you felt like you were going a million miles

Civic EF.

Cheap to buy
Cheap to insure
Okay fuel economy
Basic safety technology
Solid resale value
Not bad looking
It'll last longer than many of today's budget cars
And it has an aftermarket so large that a human mind can't possibly grasp what you can do to it.
