I am a stay at home dad now. My kids are 4 and 6, both girls. This is my dad sled. 6 speed manual, 2 car seats in the back.

I clicked on this solely to check to see if the Leidenfrost Effect was mentioned. Was not disappointed.

I remember when the Dodge Cummins had to be detuned a lot when paired to the slushbox. The times they are a changing....

Take your godsdamned star.

Fucking Boston. My first trip into there after we moved here, I was wondering where the city-destroying alien mothership was after seeing everyone start driving into the shoulder at 65 MPH.

Check your email.

Yeah, I remember that shit. I got asked for ID one time over something really stupid (Marvel Mystery Oil). When my military ID would not scan, he insisted on photographing it, which is a huge no-no and illegal AF. The only time a military ID can be photographed is for medical insurance purposes only, not me needing to

I wouldn’t bet on that. Still be nice to dream, though.

Hold up a sec. What is your thought process on that one? Veloster is transverse mounted FWD. Stinger/G70 is a longitudinal mounted RWD/AWD. They share nothing as far as powertrain goes.

“but we wanted to be able to offer it to show how much we appreciate the enthusiasts in the market that prefer manuals“

You are right. I keep forgetting about the RLX, but everyone does. Too bad, it’s a good car. When I was told that blurb by a friend at one of the training centers, it was 2013, just before the RLX came out.

I got mine from a dealer who GAVE theirs away. It had been on their lot for over 90 days. They couldn’t sell it because it was a stick. Less than 2 years old, 19K, and $23K. Less than half when new. Best car I’ve ever owned.

The SH-AWD Acura TL with a manual had the largest and most powerful engine in a Honda product until the new NSX. The J37 was also used in the RL, MDX, and ZDX, but the implementation of VTEC on the exhaust side as well as revised fuel maps to be used with a manual transmission gave it 307 BHP and 273 lb/ft. The

This! I worked in dealers for a while. The really troublesome cars with strange random problems that seems to take a while were the ones that I got. To be fair, we had a team system in place. But I was always taking cars home or around to drive for extended periods. And we ALWAYS prefaced the circumstances with

One of my friends from university lives outside of Carrollton. When I would come home to visit, I would take a trip up to see him. Route 43 out of Steubenville up past Carrollton. Long winding roads at 55 speed limit, oh yeah.

My farm was on Route 88 in Sherrard, about 5 (?) miles from the US 250 junction. I used to blast 250 hard going into Moundsville. That’s how I learned to race road courses. Fun times.

Where I grew up in the Upper Ohio Valley, bullshit like this is all too common. All the wells going up to extract natural gas from shale needs superloads like these. But the roads are nowhere near that straight. Imagine trying to get that damn thing up a winding mountain road that could double as a rally track.

Given that the high water mark for badass Trek fights will ALWAYS be DS9 featuring the “USS Ben Sisko’s Motherfuckin Pimp Hand”, I will admit it was amazing. With the massive space battle in The Orville earlier, this is a good year in pew pew space battles.

Corpus Christi or Miami.

Make like a tree and get outta here!
