"I can't Help It," though

I wouldn't say they tear the control away from the player, as they take maybe 4 seconds. Seems like it's something they made so that you have some time between the battles to breathe.

Inside Llewyn Davis might be their best work. It is, at the very least, "top tier."

Winning Time is too great, and it makes a good companion piece to June 17th, 1994

White Bronco cake?

When's Last Week Tonight coming back, again?

The soul thing was because 1) Sara was dead (Thea was dying, but not dead) and 2) Sara was dead for a good while. This was what Nyssa was objecting to.

Nothing.

Yeah, I don't think it makes sense to compare them so hard. I think Arrow has always been the more compelling show on the week to week basis. This is because it is more serialized and it has an amazing amount of secondary characters to fall back on—would you even notice if Ollie didn't have a line this episode?

The Knick is his greatest achievement.

Compare to Inside Llewyn Davis’ phony cowboy Al Cody, the most pathetic loser in a movie full of them.

"Solid," fam?

Steven Universe and Adventure Time do a good job of mythos building with 11 minutes.

I'm not sure the movies count as the DCAU, and GL: TAS definitely had the heart and sharpness of JLU, even if it wasn't up to that lofty caliber (what is?)

Taking its cues from the network’s Teen Titans Go!,

Green Lantern The Animated Series, Young Justice, DC nation shorts.

I like the art style. It looks like Timm meets Darwyn Cooke. Also, Adenture Time, Regular Show, and Steven Universe have shown that you can do a lot with 11 minutes.

Half-Gate, too.

I'll post this here:

Tom King is that dude.
