I went to the march in Rome this morning! Ended up being a rally - the Italian police didn’t give us a permit to march. It was in front of the Pantheon and it was really interesting to do it in a place that literally has over 2000 years of history.

My senior year of high school, some of the students passed around a hat in the cafeteria and everyone threw in $2. With that money, we had enough to hire a mariachi band to follow the principal around for three hours. This photo is kind of crappy, but it’s the only one I could take that day.

i made spaghetti carbonara tonight because i had all the ingredients (one of my flatmates’ aunts keeps chickens - so we have WAY too many eggs. and i’m the only one who likes quiche.)
