It was a book first, but they came out the same day. From what I understand, it was optioned for a movie just based on the outline of the book.

Because one network had the idea and it was a modest hit and all the others jumped on the bandwagon. Just like the fairy tale shows, the zombie shows, the Alaska shows, the gold shows, etc…

Close, his name was Heath. And he's out saving the world on 24. Should that bomb, someone will run across him in the Alexandria countryside.

I love JDM as an actor but really don't like him as Negan. He seriously overacts. I think anyone would have been better. I remember when Garret Dillahunt was rumored for the role and I thought he would have been the perfect blend of menace and humor, like the comic Negan.

The episode where Eugene and Abraham found the foundry where he can make bullets. There was a walker with metal covering his head and Eugene "called dibs" to kill him, but didn't. Abraham had to kill it. It's the episode where Eugene bit Dwight's junk.

I didn't even think about the HGP being part of the con. I just figured it was what he was used to spouting. Good call!

I thought that immediately, but I think that theory is dead.

I think Eugene is working a long con. Yeah, the safety and security of Negan is a real draw, but Negan killed his best friend right in front of him. I don't think even the most cowardly of men would suck up to that person. Eugene will be working from the inside. He didn't go along with the harem because he wants

My assumption was Eugene at first, but then I remembered that Eugene didn't list that he was a medical doctor in his rambling intro. But there is the Doc at Hilltop. Negan is probably going to force him to come along and Gregory will bluster a bit, but end up giving in. Sasha will say "No way! Who's gonna take

Hey, wait, if we're allowed characters that aren't on the show anymore, my list changes:

The only comment was from Richard. I get not wanting everyone to comment, but at least "Hey, great you're back" or even an eye roll from someone other than Richard. Something like that actually happened, you can be sure there would be a lot of comments, both good and bad, when the person came back to work.

My personal ranking, whichis similiar to yours:
Amelia
Jo
Mennick
Maggie
Catherine, but like Alaia below, don't think much about her

About the only good thing from this one was the opening. I did smile when Maggie said the band was back together.

We have two rescues, Sully and Corey. Corey is younger and a mouser. Sully is older and a fat white blob who meows constantly for food.

This is one of the reasons I'll never join a book club again. I was in one once and anytime someone made a slightly critical response, it was met with backlash. So screw that. Besides, I don't like being told what to read.

Just finished up season 3 of The Americans. Taking a break before season 4. Also binging Goliath on Amazon. First episode I was kinda meh, but that second one really grabbed me.

Currently reading "After You" by Jojo Moyes and "The 7th Canon" by Robert Dugoni. Both are pretty good.

Fleetwood Mac - Bleed to Love Her
Tantric - Mourning
Stevie Nicks & Tom Petty - Stop Draggin' My Heart Around
Roberta Flack - Killing Me Softly
Stevie Nicks - For What It's Worth
Fleetwood Mac - Landslide
Bruce Springsteen - She's the One
Fleetwood Mac - Don't Stop
The Temptations - All I Need
War - The World is a Ghetto

Mr. Max refuses to listen to anything shuffled for that reason. It bugs me sometimes, but I prefer the shuffle of everything so weird stuff can come up next to each other.

So much this. I loved the series, but it got batshit crazy trying to keep up with everything. And I hated the ending, even tho I got why he did it.
