I thought 4 & 5 were the standouts also. 2 was the lowest, for me. 1 was kind of pivotal to set the stage. 3 was… there.

Really? I thought Seasons 2 and 3 were kinda meh, but I thought Season 4 was pivotal.
LOL "public hazard." You got that right!
Don't feel bad. I do that too.
I agree, and that might be part of Emma's thing too. It's pretty common to lash out at someone else and assign your guilt to them when you're mad at yourself for something. Probably Emma and Madeline both are wondering "Why in the world didn't I see that?" but it's easier to say "Well, YOU were his brother… why…
You know, now that you mention her… it makes me wonder if maybe we'll get a "flash-forward" shot of Baby Kate and she'll look exactly like Norma.
Ah! Well then. By all means, carry on. :-D
The sex-trade and drug-trade storylines served no purpose, to me, other than to establish personalities of the main characters. And you're right, they were confusing with all the characters that only lasted for a few episodes. But if you can soldier through them, the payoff at the end is very very good.
What is the logic behind that? (Not being obnoxious, I seriously can't figure it out.) Is it to prevent theft?
I don't think suicide or escape likely at all. I'm leaning mental institution #1, killed by Romero / Dylan as equally likely #2. Found not guilty and freed a distant #3.
That's another thing, though. What is Madeline so upset about? She knew her marriage was a sham and her husband was a complete jerk and was cheating on her. OK she might be a bit bothered that he was murdered…. or she might not. But I surely wouldn't think she'd risk murder charges to "get revenge" for him.
Is it in Chick's manuscript maybe? We don't know how much Norman told him…
But didn't Dylan think that Norma had finally acknowledged Norman's illness and thought she was taking care of it?
And she was estranged from her mother anyway.
Yes… when Dylan came home and Norman was making breakfast wearing Norma's robe.
It's illegal to pump your own gas in Oregon? Seriously? Wow. The things you can learn…
I think that guy is going to enter into something somewhere as a witness.
Her husband's brother also murdered her HUSBAND'S mother. Both of the baby's grandmothers were murdered by Norman.
Cold hard facts are just that… cold and hard. Most human beings are not. Or at least, they are degrees of it.
Hahahaha!
