The 3DS IS backwards compatible. It can play DS games with ease, and it will have a portable version of wiiware. (In other words, whenever that store goes up you can play Gameboy and Game Boy Color games. I've heard conflicting things on GBA games)

I've seen the first movie (and I have to say, I liked her design better in that movie. Now, it's just kinda weird. At least she's naked less in the series) I'll skip the second movie.
