I just don't get why this isn't more understood. There's this strange insistence that it MUST be one or the other. As if culture isn't a product of our hardwiring, and as if our hardwiring isn't affected by our culture.

There was this guy today at the cafe, where we were the only two people in the room, and he kept on staring at me, while I was eating, doing homework, and using the phone. And as I was using Tinder, I saw his profile, it was quite racially charged and full of fetishization (think confederate flags, Yellow Fever,

False! Roman and Woody don't walk into the bar, because all the patrons are at least 21.

Small enough to fit snugly next to our genitals.

NO, thank Jeebus!! But I might as well since I'm in Montreal and you can't spit around here anymore without hitting a Frenchperson in a Canada Goose jacket #theytookourjobs

I'm betting "syphilis" is the example disease because if they come out and say "HIV" outright, then people will see this for what it is.

So my story didn't really count, so I'll post it here, the story of how I ALMOST said no, kind of by accident.

What exactly is being mansplained here? He's quite rightly pointing out that men find it easy to slip into (or simply be in) patriarchal normative modes of thought when surrounded by nothing but other men, especially when dealing with a dynamic of power over others. Sounds to me like the OP even acknowledges his own

Every time I see a picture of Chris Brown he just looks so gross. I understand the concept of different strokes for different folks, but I just cannot fathom how anybody, knowing his past and his behaviour, can look at that man and not only NOT think, "No thanks, he looks like a walking poster child for douchiness",

So why are men running the show?

Except so much of the abuse endured from a narcissist is that your voice is stomped out. You are silenced repeatedly, because their word is always the most important. It is healing and therapeutic to reclaim your voice, and at first, it can be raw and abrasive. Because of course it is— they haven't had the privilege

I want us to stop shaming people who love their cats a lot.

Jason,

I don't understand why "attempted" murder carries a shorter sentence than actual murder. Like, you get less time because you're incompetent? And the person you want to kill is still out there and you will be released from jail within that person's lifetime. ISNT THE GOAL HERE TO PREVENT FUTURE MURDER?!??!

HER STOMACH LOOKS LIKE MINE!!!! HER THIGHS LOOK LIKE MINE!

Also working at a university, and yes, we can tell. I don't expect my students to do 100% of the work 100% of the time. They only have so many hours in the day and, frankly, part of college is learning how to prioritize. That's fine, as long as they accept the consequences. But this whole thread full of people

My sister-in-law calls it Cock Struck. I had a couple of severe bouts as well.

My mom calls that Dickmatized I too suffered from it from mid teens until mid 20's. Oh to be 19 again…dumb as a bag of hair hornier than a bag of full grown mountain goats.

anyone who says that while Toni fucking Morrison is still alive has shit for brains & that is not debatable.
