So, by not being a feminist, you mean you don't believe women are human? Or that they don't deserve equality under the law? Or that they are the inferior sex to men? All feminism is is the notion that women deserve to be treated human. If you think otherwise, you're not paying attention.

He can't even swim.

The thing that's so wonderful about Yara is that she loves Theon. I think family honor also motivates her, but primarily she wants to rescue her screw up kid brother. She was the same when she went to Winterfell and sincerely tried to get him to come home with her while calling him out on his stupidity.

I agree, but so much so he would consider killing him? I think he would
only consider killing a malformed child. According to the google search I
just did, whether you can tell a baby has dwarfism at birth depends on
the type of dwarfism. So,I'm going to assume that Tywin could tell
Tyrion was a dwarf at birth.

I think Dany was kind of in a holding pattern this season. They seemed like they were straining to give her stuff to do, and she's not really grown as a character. Her big story arc was season one and two. Now, she's just a righteous badass. The one really cool scene was when she made it clear to the asshole slave

The simple spelling movement doesn't sound so crazy all of a sudden, am i right?

Although, there might be a Lord of Light light rail somewhere that Melisandre uses.

Yara may be my favorite character. She's just so fantastic, and I hope she saves Theon. The actress is great, and Yara just seems like a sane, pragmatist in a sea of hyper-emotional heroes and villains. But she's still going to save her brother.

Yara seems very under-the-radar competent. I hope she rescues her brother, but I also have a feeling she'll make a good queen of the Iron Islands. Not as fond of big symbolic flourishes as Dany, but she'll roll up her sleeves and get the economy going.

I'm like a Star Trek fan who can accept Warp Drive but not a smiling Spock. I can accept stubbly, robot bird-building Leonardo. I just have a real hard time with straight Leonardo. Or is that an inversion?

I've not read the books, and so I was very surprised when a friend told me that Robb wasn't a point of view character in the books, since I perceived him as so important in the show. I have read that Richard Madden's part was significantly increased due to his popularity/charisma, including more time being devoted to

Well put, and since second sons rising is a huge theme in the story - and they rise for better or worse - the idea of crippled Bran being the non-traditional savior of the Stark family (eventually) makes sense to me.

I was unspoiled, but a I saw tragedy for Robb and Talisa coming from miles and miles away. This just isn't a show that would let Robb be happy with his noble Red Cross doctor wife.  I didn't expect Talisa to die, but I figured Robb was going to meet his end once she was pregnant. Also, I figured Cat was doomed over

I dislike her because she's smug and self-righteous, and she committed treason when she released Jaime and was never a whit sorry, even though it basically destroyed her son's chances in a war. She actually put Sansa in far more danger when she released him than she was in before.

I think Bran is the next heir, it's just that all but a few think Bran and Rickon are dead.  I'm assuming that Westros's inheritance rules are patrilineal. So, Tyrion only gets Winterfell as long as Bran is presumed dead. Also, I don't think the men of the north are going to line up behind Tyrion, although he has a

I was more shocked when Renly died, as I saw Robb's death foreshadowed. All the gooey baby talk spelled doom starting weeks ago. The wolf was tough. Poor thing.

I'm thinking Tyrion is going to be Sansa's savior. He's not going to let anything happen to her.

I knew it was Debbie Reynolds, as I saw a promotional video for the film with her interviewed. The interesting part was that she knew Liberace and Scott during the time when the film takes place, as she was doing a nightclub act at the same time. She says in the video that when she knew them Scott made Lee very happy,

I'm sorry you lost your dad, and thanks for sharing your thoughts about the film. It's an adorable picture.

Although some of the plot dragged a bit, I did think Michael Douglas's performance was stunning in the sense that Liberace's public persona was such a cartoon, and Douglas manages to evoke a real human being, with both kindness and a sort of tough manipulative edge.  Damon was excellent, too, but since Thorson was
