On Top Gear they show how to put the car into high speed run mode with the separate key lock. It doesn't disable the limiter though.

When I was a kid I was always bugging my parents for a go-kart. Go-kart, Go-kart, Go-kart, Go-kart. I was told that for my 10th birthday I could get one. Note I was around 5 when they told me this.

I always love how in the F1 driver in a street car videos they are mugging for the camera, texting, or eating a bowl of soup with a fork while driving faster than a normal human can imagine and terrifying their passengers.

I forgot about that video, what an epic album though.
