@CommodoreRake: You can get a wifi only iPad if you are going not not use the cell network, but the cell data plans for iPad are stupidly expensive ie $15 for 250MB which would not last long for voip usage.

@abates25: Clearly you have never tried using apps designed for a keyboard and mouse on a tablet. Tablets that can run windows have been around for years, and there is a good reason that they have been failures. Desktop OSes are lousy on touchscreens.
