Right and that’s fine. I have no issue with the cop talking to him. However the officer displays handcuffs which it appears is to cuff the person he’s talking to. What’s normal about that? Displaying cuffs only occurs after the person asks for the officer’s card/name which is well within his right.

If you get a job invest in your 401k ASAP. Try to put in at least 10% of your check per pay period. If you don’t have a 401k then get an index fund and do the same. If you can’t do 10 then try at least 5. After college you learn that work sucks and you’ll want to invest so you don’t have to do it for very long.
