Its about quality. No one expects every game to be as complex or large or detailed as this. But what everyone should expect is for developers to give a damn and make sure whatever they are making is something they can be proud of.

I don’t think anyone is mad at developers, or at least if they are, their anger is absolutely misdirected. The Diablo horse armor does bring up one thing that really bugs me about video game development and “the biz” in general. There are a finite amount of resources allocated to making a game, and every dollar…

Counterpoint. I don’t care what kind of problems the developers are having. Not my problem. Don’t market your game deceptively.  I just want to buy a working game that’s design isn’t based on pushing additional purchases for a product I already own.

Just to be sure that none of these horrible things happen again in the future we should probably just stop doing reality television. For safety’s sake of course.

FINAL FANTASY ALWAYS WANTED TO BE AN ACTION RPG GAME. Turn-based came a lot from hardware limitations at the time.

I’ll always remember him as the villain in The Phantom, especially the part where he yells that his name (Xander Drax) should be easy to remember because it both starts and ends with ‘x’.

It seems pretty intuitive to me. Sony is only interested in making AAA games. PixelOpus doesn’t make AAA games and was therefore shut down.
