Mostly good take. That said, Lightning Returns better than VIII? X-2 better than X? No way.

There is nothing casual about playing hundreds of hours on a phone game or spending thousands of dollars in microtransactions. It’s pathological, not casual.

It’s 2023. 60 FPS is a compromise at this point, not the gold standard.

Price increase, no pro version, barely any ‘new’ gen games, underwhelming exclusives, overpriced peripherals ... I lot of people bought a ps5 just because their ps4 was dying or they wanted the slight increase in performances (mainly loading time). Honestly I’m quite disapointed in Sony and the other console makers…

You don’t send pinkertons after someone because of silly game cards, period.

Because FF VI on GBA have a much better translation and an additional end game dungeon. I think they used the GBA translation for the pixel remaster though.
