The real problem is that Bethesda stopped pushing the envelope a long time ago, and not just on the “game engine” front. They lost their creative mojo, and every game they released in recent years proves it.

Good read. I didn’t know anything about Stormlands until now and I wasn’t aware of Obsidian and InXile’s critical/commercial woes. That said, I’m a little sceptic about these acquisitions.

Believed the hype (I blame Kotaku ;), bought the game+season pass at launch (worse gaming decision of my life). Later I got 2 free copies (one on PS4, one on PC). I was thoroughly unimpressed and never played the DLCs. So many baffling design decisions. It’s bad, real bad.
