The game design encourages smurfing and there is absolutely no incentive NOT to smurf on consoles. It’s multiboxing all over again. Blizz is making some benjamins (you have to buy another license on PC) so it won’t get fixed anytime soon.

Her kit is very strong and she is a blast to play. But Blizz totally messed up the default bindings on console. It’s obvious they didn’t even try to make it consistent.

You know what is REALLY shitty? Working around an attack Symmetra on your team. You have to play HER way or your team is doomed. Not every hero is a swiss army knife. The OW cast is like a toolbox, use it accordingly.
