Boy, I hope this mode catches on. It really sucks to play a BR when you’re new. Long downtimes between end of match to first combat and often you die in the first combat so you only get minimal combat practice.

It might be part of his contract that he’s guaranteed a certain amount of movies as Kang, and replacing the actor would violate the contract in Major’s favor. Claiming that the Kang storyline is “on hold” and switching to a different villain may be a way for Disney to avoid that.
