Do the majority of people who watch these movies realize how rehashed and repackaged the entire experiences are? All marvel movies are the hero's journey. Every single on follows the same template and never deviates from stereotype. Ordinary World, Call To Adventure, Refusal Of The Call, Meeting The Mentor, Crossing

I wish these films weren't the same mediocre rehash of the hero's journey. I don't understand the appeal of marvel film's either.

Even though this film is very uneven and has some issues being edited correctly to create a cohesive story, it's incredibly moving and thought provoking. I'm still thinking about the relationship between Mija and Okja, Tilda Swinton's ball busting performance, and what the film says about our modern meat industry. It

the best in town

Melodrama- Lorde
Daydream-Mariah Carey
Bad Girls- Donna Summer
Mirage- Fleetwood Mac
Garbage- Garbage
Be Yourself tonight-Eurythmics
Don't Stop- Annie
Full Moon- Brandy

That doesn't change anything at all. Just because people aren't educated about it doesn't excuse the blatant stereotyping. We have to stop using the excuse that lack of education permits creating sweeping generalizations and harmful ideas about groups of people.

I also hated the over all metaphor of the film that mental health issues create a Beast inside those who suffer from them; therefore recycling the idea that people with mental health issues are some sort of monster. The entire film was filled with tons of stereotypes and ideas about people with Multiple Personality

I disagree. As someone with mental health issue's, I found it beyond dehumanizing and disgusting to anyone who has those struggles. I couldn't even be entertained by it. Many people who viewed the movie don't know the difference between stereotypes and the reality of those with Mental Health issues which is

Did we watch the same movie? It was constructed of left over parts from tons of action movies.

Can someone explain to me why Split is so universally loved? I found it so insulting and degrading to anybody with mental health issues that I couldn't sit thought it.

I do not agree with the amount of Seth Rogen/ Judd Apatow film's on this list. I have never understood the appeal of Knocked Up either. It's two hours of people yelling at each other and Katherine Heigl being insanely annoying. Bridesmaids is good, but it's not one of the best comedies since 2000.

What about the new Lorde album? The perfect combo of sad, depressing, lethargic lyrics and amazing production!

if i'm going to get drunk and i feel like watching a shitty action movie, should i watch this one or alien vs. predator?

It's been such a long time since a nicole kidman performance has GLUED me to the screen. She has the ability to really add layers and depth to stereotypically shallow and empty characters. This series has beautiful cinematography, great wardrobe, the writing is decent in the first episode but the actors really add

The review that was written about Jawbreaker is totally off. Jawbreaker is super fucking funny. It's just you must be equipped with a very VERY black sense of humor to understand some of the joke.
