As of 1/3/20 with Chrome version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) on MacOS 10.14.6, this is not available. It is available on the same build in Windows.

On the iPhone, you select settings, then Alexa account, then history. History was not in the root settings menu.
